How do I get my workbook?

Straight after checkout you'll see a download link. It's also emailed to you, so check your inbox (and your spam folder).

What format is it?

A PDF. You can print it or fill it in on a tablet or laptop with any PDF annotation app.

Which standards does it cover?

Each product page lists the externally assessed standards it covers. Check it matches the standards your school is entering you for.

Is this the same as NZQA past papers?

No. NZQA past papers are free on the NZQA website and you should use them too. Study Vault is different: it diagnoses your weak spots first, then gives you targeted practice, worked solutions and retests so you know what to fix.

Can I share it with friends or my class?

Each purchase is licensed for one student's personal use. Teachers and schools, please contact us about class licences.

What if something's wrong with my download?

Email us at vaultnzstudy@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out quickly.

Can I get a refund?

See our refund policy. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act always apply.

Is Study Vault affiliated with NZQA?

No. Study Vault is an independent study resource and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by NZQA or the Ministry of Education.
