Our 7-day guarantee
Not useful? Email us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you. No hassle.
Email vaultnzstudy@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number. You don't need to give a reason. We'll refund the full price to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
After 7 days
Because our workbooks are digital downloads, we don't usually refund after 7 days. We'll still replace your workbook or refund you at any time if:
- your file is faulty, corrupted or won't open, and we can't fix it;
- you were charged twice or bought the same product twice by mistake;
- the product is significantly different from its description (for example, it doesn't cover the standards listed on the product page).
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
